Our programs

The Distribution Program will aid artisans with setting up their commercial activity – often critical in the communities we will be supporting.

In order to guarantee artisans sales of their production in volume and at a reasonable price, MAD Community will manage the entire process from planning the collection to marketing and sales.

The program is multi-sector and therefore will not focus on multiplying the quantities ordered, but rather on opening up new sectors.

Advisory Program

This program will support MAD Community artisans whose activity is prone to structural vulnerabilities.

By completely rethinking the problems encountered in the sector (macro) and by the artisans (micro), the program will:

  • Train artisanal entrepreneurs to develop their key competencies
  • Support the organization of the activity, to improve input and output.

The purpose of this program is to protect and add value to the ‘know-how” and daily life of artisans in the sectors explored by the Distribution Program.

For this, it will document the environment of the activity, notably the savoir-faire in action and the artisans’ families as key witnesses.

PLANET Program

The objective of the Planet Program is to improve environmental respect for all the artisanal activities supported by the Distribution Program but also throughout MAD Community’s approach.

For this, the program will educate the artisan communities about the ecological issues affecting their sector and accompany them during their transformation.
